Nail Care


    1.Moisturize your nails 


    • Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! it helps out your nail and just makes your hands look lovely.
    • Your nails contain no fat, so they can't naturally hold in moisture. instead, try soaking them in tepid water, then applying a moisturizer, which will help lock in the water.


    2.Eat nutrition food

    • Nutrition affects the quality of your nails.  Foods rich in vitamin B, potassium, iron and calcium will improve nail health. You are what you eat is very true!
     
    3.Use base coat 
     
    • Always use a base coat before and after you polish. It protects your natural nail, some actually help improve your nail's quality.
     
    4.Buff the surface 

    • If you have yellow stains on your nails, gently buff the surface of your nail to get rid of them.
     
    5.Milk soak 
    • I've heard you can soak weak nails in milk one a week to strengthen them. I'll try this one and let you know.
     
    6.Use rubber gloves
    • Wear rubber gloves when doing the dishes or other activities that submerge your hands in water for long period of time.
     
    7.Remove nail polish 
    • Try to have one day off with no polish. Let them breathe a bit. No fun, i know but having weak, unhealthy nails isn't much fun either. It's good for your nails.
